Photo rules
- One person per photo.
- The person must be 18 or older.
- It's you, or you have that person's permission.
- Face clearly visible, in good light.
- No nudity or revealing photos.
Questions
- What kind of photo works best?
- A clear, well-lit photo of one person with the face fully visible. Selfies work; avoid sunglasses, heavy filters and group photos.
- Can I upload a photo of someone else?
- Only if they are 18 or older and have given you permission to use their image. You confirm this every time you upload.
- Why was my photo declined?
- Photos that appear to show more than one person, someone who may be under 18, or nudity are declined automatically. No credits are used when this happens.
- How much does it cost?
- Each image costs credits depending on the style and resolution (from 12 credits). New accounts get 30 free credits; credit packs start at $5 and never expire.
- How long are my images kept?
- Generated images stay in your gallery for 7 days, then they are deleted automatically. Download the ones you want to keep.
- What happens to my uploaded photo?
- It is used only to create your image and is deleted from our storage as soon as the image is ready.
